Prior to founding Isis Partners in 2001, Ms. Kimerling held a variety of senior management positions. She was Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and CIO for Town Sports International, one of the top three fitness chains in the US. She was also President and COO of Worklinks, a provider of out-sourced employee portals to mid-sized organizations. She has served in numerous executive management roles for Isis Partners’ client companies, most recently as President and COO of Navitas Cancer Rehabilitation Centers.

Ms. Kimerling holds an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, an MA in Economics from Stanford University, and a BA with Honors in Economics and Middle East Studies from The University of Pennsylvania. 

She is a founding board member of StreetSquash, an after-school youth enrichment program integrating academic tutoring with squash instruction, community service, and mentoring for children and young adults from Harlem, New York, and serves on its executive committee. She also serves on the board of StreetSquash’s sister program, Mile High Squash in Denver, the board of The Wellness Initiative based in Boulder, CO, and on the advisory board of The Libby Ross Foundation for Breast Cancer Survivors.
